The 2010 HealthCare Advertising award-winners were announced today. Sara Nelson Design picked up an Award of Merit for a calendar designed and produced for Kadlec Health System to present to employees. The calendar design features art and copy from the Planetree Organization, of which Kadlec is a member.

Sara Nelson Design was recently presented with nine 2010 Chinook Awards from the Yakima Advertising Federation, recognizing exceptional design work in advertising, marketing and communication. This is the first round of the American Ad Fed’s national Addy Awards. Winners next compete (in Boise) against Seattle, Portland, Spokane and others.

The boxed set, labels and bottles developed for AlmaTerra Wines by Sara Nelson Design was awarded a 2010 American Package Design Award from Graphic Design USA (www.gdusa.com) this week. This is the first GDUSA competition in which Sara Nelson Design has won. GDUSA is a national trade magazine (and website) that spotlights outstanding design work.
